赤(瓜包)亚族植物叶片中脉的比较解剖

本文对赤(瓜包)属(Thladiantha Bunge)、白兼果属(Baijiana A.M.Lu et J.Q.Li)和苦瓜属(Momordica L.)共11种植物叶片中脉进行了比较解剖学研究。除苦瓜属一种外,其余10种的叶片中脉解剖学资料均为首次报道。分析结果表明:叶片中脉维管束的数目以及排列方式具有分类学意义,而种间和种内维管束数目的减少,在一定程度上反映出植物迁移和演化的方向。     

云杉核型的研究兼论云杉属的进化地位

本文分析了我国特产树种云杉Picea asperata的核型,K(2n)=24=20m+4sm,属2A类型,染色体相对长度组成为2n=24=2L+12M_2+SM_1+2S。云杉属植物(22种、变种)的核型全由臂比小于2的中部和近中着丝粒染色体构成,是较为原始的核型。根据松科各属核型的比较,作者讨论了云杉属的亲缘关系和进化地位,并得到形态学、解剖学、孢粉学、植化学、生化学及古植物学等的支持。     

Comparative analysis of glycoprotein and glycolipid composition of virulent and avirulent strain membranes ofMycoplasma hyopneumoniae

The glycoproteins and glycolipids from membranes of virulent strain Z and avirulent strain M ofMycoplasma hyopneumoniae have been compared. The proteins and the glycoproteins were identified by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and concanavalin A-biotin labeling, respectively. The membrane preparation contained approximately 34 protein bands with molecular weights between 20 KD and 100 KD. The concanavalin A-biotin system reacted with a glycoprotein of a molecular weight of approximately 28,000 from avirulent strain M and did not react with the correspondent band from virulent strain Z. The membrane glycolipids of both strains consisted of monogalactosyldiacylglycerol (MGDG) and digalactosyldiacylglycerol (DGDG), and the percentages of 160, 180, and 181 fatty acids comprised more than 80% of the total fatty acids of membrane glycolipids. The 180 fatty acid of MGDG in avirulent strain M was twofold higher than that of virulent strain Z.     

自发性高血压大鼠血管α1肾上腺素受体亚型的改变

本工作在离体与整体条件下比较易卒中型自发性高血压(SHRSP)大鼠与WKY大鼠血管中α_1受体的两种亚型。在离体灌流的主动脉、肾动脉与肠系膜动脉,50μmol/L氯甲基可乐定(CEC)预温育30min可使α_1受体激动时引起的最大收缩张力在SHRSP与WKY大鼠分别降为对照时的31.4±8.3％与35.2±2.9％,68.4±8.2％与80.1±7.3％,68.4±6.3％与55.4±7.0％,两者间均无显著性差别。但10μmol/L硝苯吡啶对α_1受体收缩效应的阻断作用则在SHRSP大鼠大大超过WKY大鼠,最大收缩张力分别降为对照时的3.1±1.5％与56.5±4.8％(P<0.01),9.0±4.1％与23.6±3.5％(P<0.05),5.9±2.5％与28.0±0.8％(P<0.01)。整体动物实验也显示硝苯吡啶的降血压作用及对苯肾上腺素升血压效应的阻断作用在SHRSP大鼠都较WKY大鼠显著增强。离体主动脉a_1受体激动时的快速相与持续相收缩均主要由α_(1B)亚型激动引起,硝苯吡啶对快速相收缩的阻断作用在SHRSP与WKY大鼠无显著性差别,但对持续相收缩的阻断作用则在SHRSP大鼠显著强于WKY大鼠。上述结果提示SHRSP大鼠血管α_1受体两种亚型的分布没有显著改变,但α_(1B)受体激动时继发性细胞外Ca~(2+)进入的途径由非双氢吡啶敏感性钙通道转变为双氢吡啶敏感性钙通道。     

Monoclonal Antibodies against Apple 1-Aminocyclopropane-l-Carboxylate Synthase

1-Aminocyclopropane-l-carboxylate (ACC) synthase from applefruits was purified over 5,000-fold by conventional column chromatography.By immunizing mice with this partially purified enzyme preparation,8 hybridoma lines producing monoclonal antibodies against appleACC synthase were isolated. While all 8 clones immunoprecipitatednative ACC synthase, only two clones recognized the putative(48 kDa) ACC synthase on Western blots. When a partially purifiedACC synthase preparation was incubated with S-adenosyl-L-[carboxyl-¹⁴C]methionine(AdoMet), only one radioactive protein of 48 kDa was detectedon sodium dodecyl sulfate-poly-acrylamide gel electrophoresis.This radioactive protein was specifically immunoprecipitatedby the monoclonal antibodies, indicating that apple ACC synthaseis specifically radiolabeled by its substrate AdoMet, as istomato ACC synthase. Thus, the monoclonal antibodies recognizedboth native and AdoMet-inactivated forms of ACC synthase. Whilethese antibodies failed to im-munoprecipitate ACC synthase isolatedfrom ripe tomato fruits, ripe avocado fruits or auxin-treatedmungbean hypocotyls, they were effective in immunoprecipitatingthe enzyme isolated from ripe pear fruits. 青海省角叶蚤属一新种：（蚤目：角叶蚤科）

本文报告青海省贵南县角叶蚤属 Ceratophyllus Curtis,1832 一新种,命名为贵南角叶蚤Ceratophyllus (Ceratophyllus) guinanensis sp.nov.     

大仓鼠肥满度的研究

本文依公式K=100W/L~3计算了大仓鼠肥满度。统计结果表明,雌性肥满度大于雄性肥满度。肥满度随年龄增长而减小。不同作物类型样地中大仓鼠的肥满度变化不明显。不同季节肥满度有一定的变化,主要与繁殖和气候有关。肥满度与种群密度之间不存在明显的对应关系。     

单眼剥夺对金黄地鼠视觉中枢GABA神经元分布的影响

用免疫细胞化学技术观察了单眼剥夺后金黄地鼠视觉中枢GABA神经元分布的变化。结果表明:单眼剥夺后,金黄地鼠视皮层和上丘的GABA阳性神经元暂时性增多,但剥夺后六个月,其数目显著减少。在单眼剥夺前和剥夺后侧膝体中GABA阳性神经元数目没有明显差异。剥夺眼对侧视皮层GABA阳性神经元数比剥夺眼同侧视皮层GABA神经元数目少。单眼剥夺后视觉中枢GABA神经元类型及形态与剥夺前没有差别。晚期单眼剥夺也能引起视觉中枢GABA神经元数量和分布的变化。以上结果表明,单眼剥夺后视觉中枢抑制神经元的结构发生了变化。
